l features and television pilots, including the children's film, "Looking For Trouble," for Roger Corman.
As a writer, I spent 3 years as a journalist, have ghost written numerous books, and my autobiography was published in 1998 under the title, "Surrender the Jealous Mistress," shortly after my wife of 20 years, Marie, died of cancer. I wrote the only authorized biography of world renown artist Edna Hibel, which was published in June 2006 under the title "HIBEL: The Life and Art of Edna Hibel," and is distributed through the Hibel Museum of Art in Jupiter, Florida. In 2008 my first book of poetry was published, "Southern Bridges/Northern Lights."
I have two daughters (Dawn & Stacy), three stepdaughters (Rose, Terry, & Linda), seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. My eldest grandson, Bryan, while serving in the U.S. Army was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident in Hawaii in 2008 after serving as a combat medic in Afghanistan for two years.
