Shayleen's Story
Life
Well, how do you condence 7 years into 4000 letters. I have always loved to talk so, condecing is not my strong point. But, I will do my best. Forgive me if this is long. After Highschool I went to College. I started working on a Major in Interior Design. I met the man of my dreams, (my husband Tim) in October 1999 at the MCC's LDS Institute. He had just returned home from his mission in Russia in July 1999, most Return Missionaries are shy about dating girls cuz' they haven't been on a date in 2 years. But not Tim. To make a long story short. We went on our frist date the night after we met. We were engaged two weeks later and married two months later, in January 2000, in the Mesa Arizona Temple. Tim went to Mesa High, I guess I will forgive him for that. He graduated in 1996, look him up. He is so cute. Anyway, we had our first baby a year after we were married, in January 2001. Tyler turned 5 in January 2006. Then we had a baby girl in Ocotober 2002. Kenna turned 3 in October 2005. She is such an angel. No little girl could be sweeter. We had baby number 3, (a sweet little girl) Katrina, in October 2005. Born 53min. before Kenna's 3rd Brithday. She was cutting it close!!! Tim graduated from ASU in December 2005, with Honors. uated Cum Lade, maintained a GPA above 3.5 while working full time and taking care of his family. But I guess that's not enough for him. He is going back for more. Here we go again! I guess he really likes school. We currently live in Queen Creek which is about 45 min. away from Mountain View. We built a new home in October 2003. So it has been over 2 years. I think this is the longest we have lived anywhere since we got married. We are building another home here in Queen Creek in the same neighborhood. We are hoping for it to be done in the Summer 2006. We love it out here! I used to think I wanted to move back to Mesa but now Im not quite sure. This feels like home away from home. My dad owns 15 acres in Mesa (Lehi area) where I grew up. I will eventually inherit 2 of those acres (I have 6 other brothers and sisters to share with.) At that time I will re-evaluate my feelings about moving back to Mesa. If I did, my kids would go to Mountain View. My husband isn't too excited about that.
Well, I told you I LOVE to talk! But you must have enjoyed reading it. Otherwise you would have quit a long time ago. Anyway, I would love to hear from old friends. That's what I am here for. Isn't everybody? So please e-mail me. Talk to you soon!
