Remind everyone? Well, when I called everyone or emailed for the last reunion, the general consensus remembered was "I was the quiet girl with long brown hair that was nice to everyone!" Quite a legacy and hopefully everyone who said that remembered correctly (or has age mellowed us?) Joking aside:
My married (and divorced) name is Schlueter. I have many foster boys and one foster girl, all grown and married. One natural son, married and they are expecting their first child in August. They live in NC, so I will be moving late July to be closer.
Hmm, not much news-I have degrees in Criminal Justice, but work in the home health care field. I got frustrated with the way our laws and government work so decided to change careers. I will be getting a TEFL to volunteer overseas, teaching English hopefully. Perhaps I should teach it...Expand for more
here in the US since there are 100s of non English speaking people. A consideration to be sure, especially with the job of "grandmother" happening soon. I live in the mountains in a log cabin with my sister. She is a veteran and quite terrific. She has chickens and dogs for domestic pets, and we contend with cougar, elk (I was run over by a bull who I startled while hiking), deer, eagles, and bear to name a few of our wild friends. I get in hiking and photographing nature, although not as much as I would like.
Well, can't really say too much, I enjoy one day at a time with my dog and hiking companion, Taylor. Oh-yes-I still have long brown hair and am working on being nice to everyone!! Cheers everyone, and please, if anyone wants to email or get together, I would really love to catch up-or initiate a new relationship.
