Sheila's Story
After High School, I attended WCC and NRCC and received an associate degree. I went to work full-time in 1991, first for a lawyer's office, then I switched to a furniture factory for a few years, and then in 1996, I was hired by Carroll County to work in the Assessor's office, where I currently work. My job duties include a variety of things from answering the phone, research, helping the public, mapping land transfers, GIS, Maintaining the Land Use program to going out and measuring new construction.

oined the rescue squad as an EMT, I also helped form and was a member of Carroll County Search and Rescue. In 2002, I gave up these activities to focus on family life.
In 2003, Warren and I welcomed our daughter, Makayla into the world. Then in 2005, we welcomed our second daughter, Katlyn. They are the center of my world.
I am married to a wonderful husband, Warren, and we live on a farm in Dugspur. We spend most of our time on the farm or in and around Carroll County.
