Shelly Coussens:  

w both pricing and product in the early 1990s, followed by a stint in consulting in the mid 1990s, and management of their dental malpractice program ($100 million) in the late 1990s. By 1999, I did business development and compliance for their various medical malpractice products. In 1999, I was downsized and accepted a position at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in management reporting. In 2001, I headed up a bankwide initiative related to various public policy papers and developed an employee development and project submission process to involve both economists and operational staff in formulating policy work. Recently, I moved into a budget, planning, and control position for the Research Dept here, where I keep things running for the 100+ staff members.
