Shelly's Story
Life
I am married and have two children. My girls are 18 and 15 years old. I live on a small farm just east of Indpls. We have dogs and horses and a cat. I own a childrens sports facility that teaches gymnastics, trampoline, cheer and dance. I am blessed to have the opportunity to make a difference in a childs life every day.
College
I spent two years at Purdue until I got married and followed my husband who was in the Air Force to Mississippi and then South Carolina. I went...Expand for more
back to school in South Carolina until I got pregnant with our first daughter and had to be put on bed rest. I am determined to finish a degree and will be starting back again in 2007.
Workplace
I have been blessed to have the chance to spend my days working with kids. They are the best teachers in life. I teach gymnastics and coach a gymnastics team. I am amazed every day at the things that little girls can accomplish when they set their minds to it and believe in themselves.
