Shelly's Story
Life
Since leaving Hesperia High, I've had a rough journey for many years. Stayed in Hesperia for a few years then moved to Torrance for a year, then back to Hesperia, where I worked at Red Robin for a few years (as bartender). swright011699 at msn. Had a few other jobs, but still wasn't very happy and needed a change. Then I moved to Colorado Springs in 1997 and that changed everything. Met my future husband, became a born again Christian. Married in 1999. Had Ashleigh April 2000, Kaitlyn Sept 2001 and Madison Sept 2003. My life has been so blessed.
My husband is a CFO which allows me to stay home with the girls. I'm also very active in my church and is the Children's Ministry Director (my passion is VBS) of Pikes Peak Park Baptist Church. Feel free to drop me a line. I usually check e-mail every day but I'm not a classmate member. Update 08/15/08
My youngest is starting school this year. I'm so happy. I also started a job that I do from home working for a nurse staffing company. It's a great job and very flexiable and great pay. My girls have also been in a Learning Rx program over the summer. It has been awesome. I'm learning things that I never did. How many of us can say the 40 presidents. My oldests (8)can say them forward and backwords in under a minute and my middle one (6) can say the first 20 in 30 sec. They will continue in the program until Christmas and since I do half the training, I'm getting free "brain Training". I can't say enough about the program. I blog on my space about their progress. Life is good and God is even greater. I've been so blessed. I'm also hoping to start a women's on line bible study in the next few weeks through yahoo groups. Hope to hear from old friends.
