Life
I am the By-Products Area Coordinator for RR Donnelley here in Warsaw, Indiana. I have been with the company since 1991 and my job consist of recycling. I am in charge of both the East & West Plants and I have 14 employees who work for me, our goal is to recycle anything and everything possible. I am married and have 3 children Kara (22), Kayla (18) and Ryan (16). I am married to Deborah Drudge who is also a Warsaw High School student and a member of class mates. r 20 years and still live in Warsaw out by Rozella Ford Golf Course. Deb is also employed with RR Donnelley and has been with the company for 21 years. Prior to my job with RRD, I was a mechanic for 10 years. I enjoy my job and look for alternative ways to dispose of scrap paper, plastics and metal to avoid filling our landfill. I have a second job working for one of our local car lots (H&L Motors)selling automobiles as a hobby. I enjoy cars, playing golf, camping and hanging out with my family.
