Sheri's Story
Life
Hi! I used to hang out with Libby Scholler, Donna and Linda MacDonald, and DeeDee (can't remember her last name). I was a Pepperite. I was mostly very shy, had dark, short hair, petite, and loved sports. I remember dating Joe S., Bill B., and a couple more that sorry, can't remember your names! I left to go to Catholic School in the city and later graduated from Watsonville HS. Married Gary Smith from Capuchino High and had two sons. We moved to Sacto in 1965. After our divorce I moved to San Jose in 1980, then Wisconsin in 1990, and moved back to Silicon Valley in 2006. Live in the Saratoga Hills now with my sweetheart Russell Giles.
School
Other than being a Pepperette and avid sports participant and enthusiast, I was not active in School projects or clubs. Most of my time was spent hanging out with my girlfriends and boyfriends and just trying to grow up!

and playing football. We got divorced after our second son was 3, and I went to school there too majoring in Psychogy. Was very involved in Gestalt Therapy groups, and Psychodrama. I also worked as a trainer and sales associate at The Fitness Institute, and taught Yoga, Nutrition and Meditation at the YMCA, military bases, and in homes. Then took est and led seminars for 4 yrs, followed by teaching A Course In Miracles in 1986-2000. I've been a pscho-spiritual Facilitator/Healer ever since.
When I moved back to Silicon Valley, I started a new practice as a Permanent Weight Coach & Spiritual Mentor for women. My work based on my own 30-yr journey losing my compulsive eating problem once and for all. I teach women the "Missing Links" I discovered to permanent weight loss without diets, pills or gimmicks that don't work. I love teaching women how to truly feed and nourish themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually instead of starving and depriving themselves.
