Sherre's Story

Life When I graduated in Jan. 1975 I went to Ft. Campbell Tenn. that was where my husband Jack (John) Cavey was stationed with 101st Airborn Divsion. We lived there until the fall of 1975 and he was sent to Germany and I went back to Medina and lived till he got out. I went to Akron University for Real Estate License in 1978. My husband got into General Motors in 1977. I have two kids by 1978, Stephanie born in 1974 and Jacqueline in 1978. We moved to Moore Ok. to the General Motors plant in Ok. He got laid off there in 1981 and then we moved to Shreveport, La.to that GM Plant. We lived there till 1995 when we moved back here to Medina. I went to Cosmetol...Expand for more
ogy School in Shreveport and got my license in 1987. In 2004 I went to Medina Career Center for Introduction to Computers and Medical Practices and Medical Terminology so that I could get into a doctors office to work. I have to do something when my husband retires or we will drive each other insane. I have been working with Medina City Schools since 2000 by subing wherever they need me. My oldest Stephanie still lives in Shreveport, La ,she has my only grandson Brandon who is 9 and in 3rd grade. Jackie came back to Ohio with me and went to school for a paralegal, she works in Cleveland with a law firm. She still lives at home, never married, yet.
