Hello Everyone,
Right now, Ryan Yee, Leslie Clark, Terri Sweeney, Debra Powell, Doug Garcia-Nichols, and I have taken on a second job in preparation for our 30th year class reunion in Oakland, California.
After 30-years we are going back to Oakland,July 17 & 18, 2010. We will be celebrating our 30th year class reunion at the Marriott Oakland City Center Hotel in Downtown Oakland, CA. Afterward we will have a BBQ at the Port of Oakland, Shoreline Park.
I am trying to reach all of my classmates, but some of them (although they are on classmates) have a problem with getting back with a Sistah, and letting her know how they are doing. So, if you have the opportunity to read my story and know a member of the Oakland High School graduating class of 1980, please let them know that we are having our 30th year class reunion and it will be July 17 & 18, in Oakland, California at the Marriott Oakland City Center Hotel from 6pm - MN, and then at the Port of Oakland Shoreline Park from 11:00am - 4:00pm.
Some members of the class have passed on, while some are just not able to attend during this terrible economy we are all experiencing. However, for those of us who can attend, I hope that you decide to make a difference in the life of a classmate one more time! Come to your 30th reunion.
