Sherri's Story
Life
I have been married to my husband John for over 12 years. We have three children between us and 1 grandson. My first marriage ended after eight years and I met John on the 1 year anniversary of my divorce, we hit it off right away and got married 1 year later. My mom still lives in Coeur d'Alene half of the year however I lost my father in 1995 to cancer.
Our childrens names and ages are as follows:
Jeremy is 27 years old and and was married on July 7, 2007 to Sabrina. They are currently working on adding to our grandchildren number!
Jenny is 22 married to Aaron and has one child, Kadin who is 2. Right now with the terrible two's Jenny is saying NO to anymore kids! We all know she will change her mind but no one is pushing it!
Corey is 21 and has a fiance named Shaniece. They live together right now and are planning on getting married in the...Expand for more
next couple of years. These two can wait on the kids for right now. They are both still just a little to much about ME right now, but they are young so this is very much a good thing!
School
School was a blast for me. There were days of course that I didn't enjoy but for the most part school was and always will be a cherished memory.
I do wish that I would have spent more time with my own classmates though. I was friends with alot of the underclassmen so I didn't hang out with my class as much as I wish now that I would have.
I do have wonderful DECA memories with that crazy class.
Workplace
I have worked at Panhandle Area Council as a Contract Specialist since 1997.
My main job is to administer federal and state grants for City's and County's located in the Idaho Panhandle.
My husband is self employed as a welder and metal fabricator for 17 years.
