Life
Wow, where do I start? After some time at Shasta College I decided to attend Cal State Sacramento. In which I received my BS Degree in Exercise Physiology. While I was going to College, I worked at JcPenney's and taught Aerobic Classes. After I graduated I moved to San Diego for a while and then moved to Palm Desert, CA. I still worked for JcPenneys and moved my way up the ladder until I decided to follow my education and work in the Fitness Industry full time. I worked for a private Country Club doing Personal Training and still teaching Aerobics at local Health Clubs.

ted every moment of it. I worked for an All Women's Health Club as the Group Fitness Director. We had our son, Dylan in Sept,2000. We decided to move back to Palm Desert in Feb, 2001 and I went back to my old job. I started a new seasonal job as of Nov,2001 at the Vintage Club in which I do Personal Training and teach Group Fitness. I only work Nov - May and I get 5 months off in the summer. I also teach Aerobics for the local Health Clubs. I can't have it any better.
We had our second son, Troy on June 17th, 2004.
We have a chocolate lab, named Sterling, a Black Lab named Jake and 5 cats. Petting Zoo!!!!!
New Update as of July, 2008. Getting Divorced!! So anyone out there interested in hooking up let me know. HAHAHA
