Life After moving to Florida for 14 years, my family and I decided to move to North Carolina. I was looking for a "Mayberry" type town. We found it in Salisbury, NC. It is a nice, historical little town and we are enjoying being here. I currently have 5 grandson's, 1 granddaughter,and 3 step grandchildren. I love being a grandmother! My son is remarried and is a police officer in South Carolina. My daughter lives in Salisbury with her husband and 4 boys. I miss my family and friends all over the east coast now but I couldn't find a nicer place to relocate. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Mona DiFalco/Santoro, because we still keep in touch on a regular basis, however; I have not seen her in 25 years. If I won $100 million, I'd give $1 million of it to each of my kids, grandkids,siblings, and parents, then spend the rest on myself and Ed, vacations, a grand house and charity. My oldest friends are Linda Boyles Kardell, Hope Reynolds Medal, and Ramona DiFalco Santoro. Hope was in my first grade class and she lived down the street. I haven't heard from her lately but we still end up keeping in touch sooner or later. Linda and I have been friends since 3rd grade. I don't know what made us click but we did. We lived in the same neighborhood. I had the pleasure of her visiting me last year. We had a great reunion. Mona and I have been friends since freshman year.
