Life
I have just retired after 32 years as a detective with a Sheriff's Office, 23 years of that investigating sex crimes and child abuse, the last 7 years investigating crimes against the elderly. I love to travel, especially cruises and just finished my 4th cruise...to celebrate retirement. I still love our mountains and spend as much time as possible there, and enjoy my pool. I am happily divorced and spend time with my dad (who still lives in Harvey Park) and the rest of my family. I collect South...Expand for more
western items and enjoy New Mexico. I make jewelry, mostly beadwork and hope to spend more time with that now that I am retired. I'm looking forward to having more time to read and volunteer, although in my 2 months of retirment I haven't had much time to do much of anything...I wonder how I had time to work. I have 2 very good friends who have Cancer and I have been spending time with them during chemo and radiation treatments, hoping they will be able to do fun things when finished with treatments...
