Life
I am currently living in Mesquite Nevada, which is about 80 miles north of Vegas - it's a really long story as to how I ended up in the middle of the desert. Especially after living in beautiful San Diego for over 12 years. I even owned a home there - what the heck was I thinking??? After my husband, his kids and I moved to Mesquite his wonderful children started getting into a lot of trouble. Mark decided that he couldn't have his precious little son unhappy so he moved to Salt Lake City. We keep in touch and he believes that we will get back toge...Expand for more
ther once his teenagers are old enough to be on there own. I have decided that I am not going to wait for 10 years for them to grow up. I am moving on with my life. I will stay in Mesquite for at least 3 more years - unless something happens that convinces me to sell my house and move on. I am considering opening a business here and am currently doing the business plan, etc. I am having fun with that. All in all Mesquite is a great town - not much in the way of job opportunities but you can always work in a casino. That is interesting in and of itself.
