More about Sheryl:"I was born in Des Moines, then lived in several different cities before returning to Des Moines in 1972. I graduated from Lincoln High School in 1978, along with about 600 other people. I am happily married to a wonderful man, Chris. We have been married for 7 years. I have one daughter Jessica, and a son-in-law, Mike. Mike and Jessica have given me a very special granddaughter, Ashley. She keeps me young - or makes me old, I haven't decided which yet. oines also. I spend a lot of time with mom. We have season tickets to the Civic Center of Iowa and enjoy going to shows and concerts. We also have a thing for Yahtzee! My grandmother just turned 100 in March. She is in good shape for her age and we enjoy our time with her. We have 5 generations of women all living within a 35 mile area. Most of my family (aunts, uncles, etc.) lives nearby, so I get to spend lots of quality time with family. My dad passed away in 2005. He lived his last 25 or so years in Branson, Missouri. My step mom is still in Branson and we go and visit once or twice a year. We also enjoy trips to Wyoming where Chris' dad and brother live. Chris' sister lives in Wisconsin. We should get there more often, but we always seem to run out of time to do these things. I worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield for 20 years before being downsized in 2000. I have worked for Michael's Arts and Crafts since 2000, as a custom picture framer. A couple of years ago, I went to part time hours so I could spend more time with Ashley. She comes to play with grandma and grandpa several days a week.".
