Sheryl's Story

I currently live in East Texas in a gated golf community with my husband, Barry. We have 2 sons, Brad that's 25 and Kevin that's 22. Brad is married and has a new baby daughter and Kevin is still looking for the right girl, and both guys live in Texas. Prior to retiring and moving here, we lived in Prosper, Texas (north of the Dallas area in Collin County) where we raised our kids and had a wonderful life in a small country community. My husband and I are avid golfers and very active in our church and community. We volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, at the local food bank, teach children at our church and are active members of Kiwanis. We enjoy traveling in our 5th wheel and showed our kids America when they were growing up. Now we enjoy traveling with a local RV club and our neighbors, and often just us.
I don't get back to Lancaster, since my parents and my only sibling, a brother, are deceased and I moved away right after high school.
