Sheryl's Story
Graduated from Knoxville High School in 1965, then graduated from Mercy School of Nursing in 1969. Worked in nursing for a short period of time until my first child was born.I never returned to nursing and later was co owner of a home decor/gift shop with my sister in Pella.I was married to Dan V.S. for 35 yrs. and have been divorced for 10 yrs.We have 5 kids-2boys and 3 girls aged 43-29 and 8 grand kids aged 22-2. have been busy planning my daughter's Vegas wedding in June. Lots of wedding plans over the last year and a half, as 3 of my kids have gotten married :-)
My life revolves around family and I'm very blessed to have them all in the Des Moines area. Right now I babysit my granddaughter ; have been since she was 6 weeks old. I can tell I'm not a kid anymore!! Just trying to enjoy every day, cuz today is all we have :-)
