Sheryl's Story
It's been a long time since high school! I'm married, have a daughter and 2 grandchildren.
Worked with dogs in all kinds of capacities from training and behavior issues to working with breed rescues. Dogs are the joy of my life. My two are my constant companions.
I got my Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and my Paralegal Degree in Criminal Law, Contract Law, Business Law and Civil Law. Was a Deputy Sheriff for 9 years. Taught school for 5 years in a one-room all grade Christian school. Am now working as a Medical Transcriptionist for different Research projects funded by Grants for Colorado University Hospital, Denver Health, and National Research Center - Boulder. I get to work from home and set my own hours! Not quite as good ...Expand for more
as being retired, but almost!
I am married and also manage my husband's Construction/Remodeling company that we've had for 11 years now. My husband Ron, retired from the Navy April 1st, 2008 after being on active duty and years of Reserve duty. It is nice not having him called up and headed to who knows where! We had 24 years of that life and I am proud of him and all he's given back to our country.
I am still living in Westminster.
Still think Colorado is the best state of all! Church is still an important part of my life right along with my family and friends. My sisters and brother all live within a couple miles of me either in Westminster or Arvada and we are all still close - all of them went to Westminster High School too!
