Visiting our Nations Capital. Lincoln memorial.
Walked to the capital today. Then walked and toured the National Art Gallery. After lunch we toured the Museum of Natural History ( saw the Hope Diamond) and a lot of other rocks. Walked back to our hotel with tired feet.
Air and space museum today. Our last museum stop in DC. Off to Charleston S.C. Tomorrow for a visit with our S-I-L. Going by train to enjoy the scenery and get a sore rear while taking 7 1/2 hours.
Moonlight over Charleston harbor
Tonight’s dinner being prepared by son Chris. Celebrating Holly’s birthday. Yum.
Kajsa and Noah wrote a letter to the Vice President. She wrote them back.
