Jeanne's Story
Life
Biography? I guess I prefer to look at my present life and what I have to look forward to in the future more than what has happened in the past. I prefer my cup to be at least half-full, if not filled to the brim.
I have five children, although I guess they're beyond the age of wanting to be called children. I also have one new grandson and another on the way. They're scattered all over, in Minneapolis, Glenwood, Kansas City, and Washington, D.C. I enjoy spending time with them and having them live away from Bellevue gives me plenty of opportunity to take time off to go visiting.

ke, "some day I'll....", or "when I get time I'll....", or "I wish that I had (fill in the blank) when I was younger". I think that some day is now and that we need to make the time for what we want to do.
Workplace
I am currently working as a cardiac arrhythmia technician at a hospital. I monitor and analyze cardiac rhythms for patients who are having any kind of problems or symptoms that indicate there might be issues with their hearts. It's challenging. One thing that it has taught me is that life is too short, that it's very precious, and that you don't know if your loved ones will be here tomorrow or not. Not that I didn't know that, but seeing it on a day to day basis brings it into sharper focus.
I'm always amazed at how many people our age and also much younger have so many health issues. I feel very lucky to be healthy and happy.
