Sonya's Story
I left Detroit in January 1982 to attend school in Dallas, TX. I stayed there for six months and came back and joined the U.S. Air Force in September 1982. I did 10 years of active service and 10 years of Air Force Reserve service. I spent a lot of time overseas serving in the U.S. Embassies in Guatemala, Mexico, Colombia,...Expand for more
and Germany. I retired five years ago and I am currently living in Waldorf, MD. I finished by Masters' in Information Systems and I am currently a contractor in the VA area. I mentor and tutor in all school subjects and love to workout three to five days per week. Spinning is my favorite form of cardio with jogging second.
