College
After graduating from St. Mel in 1952, I went to DePaul University for the Fall Semester after which I attended the University of Illinois at Navy Pier for the next three semesters. I went to the Athanaeum Pontificium Internationale Angelicum, now known as St. Thomas University in Rome, Italy where I received my doctorate in Canon Law (J.C.D.) in 1961.

work in addition to student counselling.
I've spent the better part of my professional career in the area of government public service, a.v. city planning, Section 8 housing subsidy manager and consultant. I have also ventured into the construction field for a time with a painting contractor and a general contractor where I was used as an "idea" man to resolve legal and logistic problems.
I have created several closely-held Subchapter S corporations and served as CEO.
I have several inventions under my belt; non of which have yet been patented, but pre-paten OKed.
I have done consultant work with the U.S. Consulate in Bilbao, Spain, several large Spanish corporations to secure loans from World Bank, and with McGraw-Hill.
