Robert's Story
Life
After high school I spent some time working on helicopters in the military and started a family of 6 which included a set of twins. returned to my roots and raised my family and started work at a local oil company. It's been 27 years with the oil company at this point. Currently single and the kids are doing great on their own with their own families. 6 beautiful grandchildren later I'm doing great and happy with my station in life. I enjoy hiking, camping, riding my motorcycle, dancing to the beat of local bands, movies, taking my dog for walks, enjoying the company of my cats, and to many other things to list. lot and don't regret it (it was still tough). I belong to a local health club. In 2000 I was 6 to 10% bodyfat. Today my gut precedes me. whoa!!! That has to change asap!!! Otherwise it's all good!!!! Well I better get back to thinking about going back to the heathclub.............tomorrow. Ha-Ha!! Byeeeee!
Military
My Military experience gave me an opportunity to correct my high school experience and reverse bad habits. I spent almost my whole term (5 years) in Oceanside/Carlsbad area while stationed at Camp Pendelton working on Helicopters and Their Turboshaft Jet engines. Between Aircraft Maintenance and the Beach, I wouldn't give up the experience for anything. It sums up some the best times in my life.
