ated kean college in 1980...worked in accounting for a year and went into tax when i joined squibb corp. worked at squibb until 1989 and joined colt industries in 1990. been with colt since (various mergers and spins has me at enpro industries as tax director). live in charlotte nc with my wife (Carolyn) and two kids (Rozzie and Jack).
