Stanley's Story
I went into marines after west tech and traveled around the world (10 countries in 3 years ) seeing and doing things that where good and some not so good.
I put my body through some hell at times and its a miracle i'm still here.! then i was dumped by my high school sweetheart [ west tech jan 70 class]that I was engaged too just before i got out of the marines boy talk about kicking a guy when he's down!!!!!! after leaving military life I was a truck mechanic for a little while ,but I did,'nt like to be around people so I decided to drive a 18 wheeler until I retired in 2005 at 55 year old.. in those years I meet my wife got married built a house in westlake ohio and had 4 kids (2 girls 2 boys) that ar...Expand for more
e married and all are (very successful ) in their vocations and also giving me 13 grandchildren (so far) 8 boys 5 girls that run me ragged but its a lot of fun. I .now try to enjoy my life and retirement doing things that I misted out on in my earlier years and while raising a family, and a few hobbies that I enjoy doing now. even if one of them almost got me killed, but!!! I still like to ride a motorcycle I guess its fun tempting death[ 4 times so far not all by cycles ] (its a marine thing) death smiles at everyone marines smile back an poke the devil in his eye!!!!!! music I enjoy -motown,disco, and lou rawls, neal diamond movies;i enjoy are (taken and equalizer and a older one called defiance.)
