Stanley's Story

Wow! It's difficult for me to believe that so much time has passed, but it has. I feel very fortunate to still be alive at this stage of life. So many people I knew didn't make it as far, and who knows how much time any of us has left? I am grateful for the great life, and all of the great memories, but especially for all of the people who were a part of it, who shared some of it with me, and who thus made it special. er wanted to before retiring young. Now, I just sit back, smile, and enjoy the memories. Oh, I keep busy, too, but I understand that no matter how young I want to kid myself about being, the biggest part of life is gone, and I'm in another stage of the adventure the will include the end game. As long as I stay relatively healthy, and can take care of myself, I want that game to continue, but as soon as the joy is gone, and I can no longer really live rather than just being alive, I will be ready to move on.

I didn't know Colorado had five area codes.  Starting in July, Colorado will have six with the addition of 748.  I guess a lot of people have phones now...

The last one says, "Lettue," but, as you've probably guessed, it's supposed to say "Lettuce."
Here's another "Original" Mexican Restaurant.  Which one is the real original?  Anyway, it's a nice place to eat, drink and stay dry along the San 
Antonio River.  Plenty of dining options at all price ranges.
