Stauna's Story

One month after graduation I left for Navy boot camp. After boot camp went to Dental assisting training, stationed in Okinawa (Japan). I met Wayne in Jan. 1983 and we were married in Aug. 1983. We had 2 daughters when we both got out of Navy in 1987. Lived in Port Angeles and Everett before moving back to Spokane. Had a 3rd daughter 1 year before coming back. Currently have 5 grandchilden with the 6th on the way. Four of them live here in Spokane. The 5th lives in Texas with my brother who is adopting her. The 6th is due Sept.12th. rom 18 months to 10 years of age. I currently work for American Linen and am a ministry leader at my church. It seems to keep me very busy. My husband of 29 years is a long haul truck driver so I do not see him often. He will own his truck in Sept. 2013. At that time I am hoping to have all bills paid off (except our home) and then be able to quit my job so that I can travel with him. The last few years have been difficult without him around to help with things but it has brought us alot closer. It makes our time together even more precious.

For those who had not heard, Mike and Katrina got married today. It was a very nice ceremony outside at the hitching post. We then had a small gathering in the backyard.
Trying to decide which flooring I want to put in before my new furniture gets here. Furniture is a dark grey. I have a favorite but want opinions.
