Stefani's Story
Life
After 10 years in South Florida and two hurricanes back-to-back, I decided to leave the sunny beach and head inland. I moved to Atlanta in 2005. I am the Regional Waterbird Coordinator for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Southeast Region. It is a great job! Especially since my responsibilities extend into the Caribbean. I am spending more and more time in Puerto Rico, which is fine by me.
I live in a great 'in town' neighborhood on a litte 3/4 acre forest. I have it all maintained...Expand for more
in native plants and I get lots of birds. Atlanta is a great city, always something to do and somewhere to go. I am an avid mountain biker, you can find me on a trail pretty much any weekend.
I travel a lot for work (and for fun), so I am always on the go. But, it keeps life interesting.
I have two rescued rottweilers, Nikita (12) and Tank (5). They are fun to hang out with at the beach or on the hiking trail. I work a lot with a local rottie rescue organization saving as many as we can.
