Stella's Story
After graduation I married and had four girls in the sixteen years of marriage, I went on to work for a bank in Florida where I was Head Teller and met my present husband who was a widower with four children. Two of which were adopted. And then two years later we had one of our own. Finally a son. Who is now a cameraman working in the state of NY for the learning channel. Eight was enough.
Went back to school in 1986 and became a medical assistant and worked for a pediatric practice in Brooklyn, NY.
Living in upstate Pennsylvania, where my husband and I have retired. Have a home in Florida and we have become snow birds. Living in both states.

Hawaii where my oldest child lives. I am a grandmother of seven children from my side and five step grandchildren from my husbands side.
I always wanted to be a farmers wife when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a realistic idea. As it turns out, they were partially right.. I love getting my hands in the dirt and gardening.
I enjoy my grandchildren. They help me feel young. Especially since the nest is empty. I miss the laughter of my children in our house. along with all their friends.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Lillian Barnes, because I always considered a good friend. We lost touch with all the years gone by.
