Stephanie's Story
Life
I have started working with Yale Bush Center in a program called Schools of the 21st Century,
Through the Arkadelphia Public School District. I facilitate the After School program for
students ages 4 to 12. Under the auspice that no child is left behind we are providing tutoring and
guidance in character education, That will promote the students accomplishing more with fewer
conflicts after school. My son attends this program and we have seen increases in his grades and

responsibility of Gifted and Talented classes have caused him to accelerate his
learning. Ken and I have just celebrated our 9th anniversary in August. We have one son Eddie
and Ken has a son (Stan)from a previous marriage. Stan has three boys ages 7 Alex, 5 Ethan and
Calob 2. Sorry I missed the 20 Year reunion but I was traveling for American Cancer Society as
a State Ambassador for the Celebration on The Hill, we meet with government officials to ask for
increased funding for cancer research.
