Life I've had a full and very fulfilling life. A lot of my time has been spent on my work/career (see 'work'), but I've also had many friends through the years and some wonderful relationships. I've never had any children, but have had many well-loved pets, both cats and dogs. :) I currently live with my partner (now husband) of nine years in the Middle East in Jordan. We both teach English as a Foreign Language and enjoy traveling, the outdoors, hiking, camping, reading, yoga, sports, cooking and many other activities. Together, we are making our way around the world trying to see and experience as much as we can. College I got a late start. I didn't even begin to take classes at university until I was 21. Since I was always working full-time while putting myself through school, I often had to take classes part-time or put school on-hold for a few years while I was busy with work. Eventually though, I finished and got my Bachelor's degree from University of California, Santa Cruz.
