Stephanie's Story
High school...wow, that is so strange to even thing that far back! I was in the Monte Bello Ridge, (the reason I got an inter district transfer) for one year...sorry, didn't love it! I was a "wrestlerette"..and actually still really love the sport. My youngest son was a high school and college All American wrestler! Back to high school..I was a flirt, but pretty harmless..I had really only one boyfriend at Peterson and that was Jeff Linden. My best friend dropped out (Christy Scheef) she was the reason I transferred there...but my parents said I had to stay..I have no regrets.
Most of my friends were underclassman or went to other schools, and my long time boyfriend went to another high school...Expand for more
in San Jose. I drove a cute little blue opel gt, and pretty much didn't socialize much other than going to "Young Life"...I just had a very rough homelife, so it was easier to keep to myself...I kept in contact with Terri Bowles(Corriea) after high school, because we both were married and had small babies. In 1983 we moved to Oregon and we still live here. I have three grown children and live on a farm. but that doesn't describe me at all. I love the city life and travel to California often. I actually have a preliminary pageant for Miss California USA in the Bay Area. Long story short, my daughter was a Miss California USA 2009 and Miss Teen USA 2003.... Anyway, does anyone remember me?...lol
