Stephany's Story
Life
I live in Suffolk, Virginia with my husband John. We will be married 13 years on November 30th. He has 4 grown children by previous marriages and we have 7 grandchildren. We also have 2 precious Godchildren who have been in our life since they were born.
My son, John Michael, is 36, single and actually a rocket scientist working for The DOD in Arlington, Va.
We have a happy, busy and fulfilling life. I haven't worked since we married. I have written for an advertising newpaper on the South Side, but haven't even done that for the last year. I was a med tech for 30 years, and as a single parent I had to work a lot. Honestly, I don't miss working. I find plenty in life to keep me busy and entertained.

touch with many folks from High School. Marilyn Kendall and I have been friends forever and Diane McLamb and Christine Wilson and I keep in touch.
I have always been a believer, however God turned my and my husband's life upside down 11 years ago (before we were married) and we are different people now.
I am a dedicated disciple of Jesus Christ and have become quite the Bible sleuth. I speak at a church close by evey now and then, teach Bible studies and take part in a women's ministry group called "Pictures of Grace" as a teacher and minister of the Word. We lead spiritual retreats for women two or three times a year.
