nable Energy’s 2007 SANDEE award winner for Special Achievement in Energy. This includes photovoltaic systems, water catchment systems, recycled material projects and retrofitted and recycled housing. I am also the creator and editor of RegenerativeHomes.com, since 2003, San Diego’s first and most popular site for sustainable and flame-resistant design.
I work with and represent property owners, attorneys, developers, contractors, architects and engineers. I participated in the 2008 SoCal Rebuilding Summit and prepared seminars for designers, builders and insurance companies on the subject of sustainable design. I promote the changes in universal design as it moves from an institutional look in rehabilitation centers to elegant standard accessories within the home and demonstrate to homeowners how small accessible upgrades such as integrated support rails and adjustable counters can increase the home values for any occupant.
I am interested becoming part of a team that shares my field of expertise and my passion for the latest technological and scientific breakthroughs that make spaces more desirable to the owner and buyer. I would like to speak to you more about how I can benefit you or your company.
