Stephen's Story
As you can see, I am married to a beautiful woman, Jossie. We have raised twin boys and a girl. Tim, the eldest twin, is married to Katie and living in Sydney, Australia. Jeremy, the younger twin, is finishing a degree and looking to explore his options. Emily is married to Timothy. They live in the Springs.
My wife and I work for the same non-profit support organization, she as data entry, me as IT Production Engineering.
When I was a child I spoke like a child acted like a child, lived like a child. Now I have put away childish things. I know what I believe and know that it is true. I enjoy people and they enjoy me. I truly care but I am not a selfish person.
Character, to me, is defined as the willingness of a person to take responsibility for his own actions. I believe we WILL be taken care of one way or an...Expand for more
other. Either we will take responsibility for our actions or someone else will assume that responsibility.
By this definition, I am a Conservative and dislike big government. Big government lowers our own self esteem and creates in our hearts a dependence that chokes our lives.
No one can make me feel or do anything, however, I can let anyone effect my life. I can stay in poverty or attain great wealth. I consider all people equal in the eyes of God.
If we think that we are being kept from winning because of those who we feel are oppressors, then we are lying to our selves and don't realize that we are our own oppressors.
I like life and I have learned, in whatever state that I find myself in, to be content. I may not be happy about the state that I am in but I am content.
