Well, let's see. I worked for a local car dealer after high school and married Debra Johnston. Joined the Air Force in 72, stationed in Tucson working on jet fighters. I got divorced in 74, moved back to Iowa and joined the Air National Guard. I worked for a MG dealer in Burlington IA for a couple of years until I moved back to Mason City. Met my current wife and got married in 78. At that time I was working as a mechanic at the local Ford dealership. I got laid off in 80 so I went back to school. I got a computer science degree and worked for the local county government until 86 when we moved to Kingman AZ. My oldest son was born this year. In 88, we moved back to Mason City and my other son was born. Boy, I better quit moving. :-). Anyway, I was working for Unisys at the time in the software department when they decided to close the plant in Clear Lake, IA where I was working.
