Stephen's Story
Life
I moved to San Rafael the day after gradueation and attended College of Marin, then transferred to San Jose State for another four years and picked up an MBA. I started my career with Pacific Bell but a few years later made a career change to Property Management. I was transferred to Hawaii in 1973 and remained until 1977 when I returned and started a Commercial Property Management Company in San Jose with a good friend. My partner retired last year but his son and mine now work with me. purchase for small groups of investors. I found something in Clearlake (looks the same as when I was in hight school) which makes a nice drive from Los Gatos. I am active with San Jose State University sports, and the Business and English departments - it is quite gratifying to meet with young adults starting out in life. My college sweetheart who I was married to for nearly 48 years passed away of CJD (effects one in a million) last year. Lucky for me I have 7 grandchildren and many friends to keep me busy. I play golf and do a fair amount of local traveling while visiting New York and Hawaii regularly.
