Life
How ya been? I've been fine. I married Ruth DeGroot (Carl's sister) about 2yrs after graduation. We had two kids and 24 yrs together. I worked for the State of IL for about 13 years Supervising computer operators (yawn!) and moved to Chicago for about 6 months (yikes!) and thankfully moved to Milwaukee where I worked for Deluxe Data Systems for the next ten years (Brrrr). Ruth and I were divorced in '95 and I moved to Largo Florida where I am now. I have done a career change (hated the anal-retentive computer career) and am now selling Trane A/C (a natural here in Florida). It was nice to see the list...Expand for more
with all of your names. Ah, to be back in school again. Life seemed so complex then and seems so simple in retrospect. Do you know they have guards in the halls at Lanphier now? What a shame. What happened to the days when the most we feared(or looked forward to) was a punch-out in the parking lot after school. No fears of knives or guns. Well, dear classmates, I don't want to drone on nostalgically, but I want to say that I wish you all well and hope you have led rich, full lives. God has been graceful to me along the way and I hope to all of you too. Write if you want, but do take care of yourselves....
