I work at a school for disadvantaged and inner city youths ("youts") "Job Corps" and I buy and sell publicly traded companies. My work history was mostly working in group homes, run by either the Dept of Mental Health or Mental retardation.
I am into fitness. I have stopped playing Rugby a few years ago. I am now Bike riding, currently, 161k (100 miles) YES!! The 100 mile bike ride goal is accomplished (9/22/06), after more than 2 years of training. I am in better aerobic shape than the young adults I work with half my age. I still Can't believe I did it.
I will be training for a 200k (124.26 Miles) bike ride starting immidiately. I will start with hitting the weights. Lower body; Leg press and calf extensions. High reps (reps of up to 100, sets of 4 200, ...Expand for more
250, 300, back to 200 burn out set. ) Upper body; strength training, body building (Heavier weights, reps of 8-12 with sets of 3-4). Since I did this bike riding all summer, I just leg pressed 900 pounds.
I enjoy Mountain biking too, hiking, fishing, Camping, Judo, Animals, am a great cook, ( Veal Parm. and Chili a specialty ) and a lover. If you are a romantic with a spicy edge I am interested. I have been known to be a nice guy,(on occasion), despite what other people say. I have been teaching myself to play the keyboards, It is easier than you might think. I can teach anyone cords and a melody line within minutes ( No Kidding!!!!)
