Stephen's Story
Life
I am not good at blogging or writing about myself but here is a quick synopsis:
Graduated from U of Md in 1986 with a degree in Advertising Design. I moved to (then West) Berlin for a year (1986-1987) and worked as a Graphic Artist and came back. Got a job with Woodward & Lothrop doing the newspaper and magazine ads for the department store before they went under. That place killed me. UGH! I left there and freelanced on and off getting jobs with Discovery Channel and Animal Planet and other places. After 17 years in the business I found myself living the life of THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA. Hated it! I decided, people who wanted 10 designs done yesterday and had the nerve to demand it by close of business that day, was not for me.

with South Florida and someone else. The relationship did not stick but the location, sun, beach and other life did. Since I could not find work in design like I was used to in the DC area, I changed careers and became a Licensed Massage Therapist, which I love.
Right at the time I decided to change careers I met the man of my dreams. Most of you already know that I crept out of the closet years ago. If you did not know alreadyÂ
SURPRISE! (or perhaps no surprise at all) Anyhow, I have been with my life partner for four years in May of 2007 and are quite happy. We live in Miami and we constantly work on our relationship. We have learned that by working on the relationship we keep it fresh and alive.
This May we are celebrating our four-year anniversary in Paris.
