Life I now live in Jacksonville, Florida. I am remarried and very happy. I think of Alaska often and the old school days.I enlisted in the Navy in August of 1968 as a Hospital Corpsman. After training in San Diego I was sent to Camp Pendleton and trained as a combat field medicine tech and served 3 years with special forces with the marines. I attended various schools thru my career and retired in 1992 as a Physician Assistant Lt/Usn (MUSTANG). *In the military MUSTANG means, entered as enlisted and retired as Officer. Workplace I am part owner in a Turf and Ornimental Pest Control business. I retired from Medicine in 1998 after 30 years in various specialities. I was in CardioPulmonary Medicine for 17 years and worked mainly in Open Heart Sugery and Cardiac patient care. I had 23 years in the Navy and retired. I have expertise in Forensic Psych, Internal Med, Pulmonary Med and Family Practice. Recently, I have managed to retire fully. I have become a caregiver for my wife's dad. He is 88 and its a real challange. Last August I went to Texas to visit my sister and nephew. Did a lot of bass fishing. Then I did a roundabout to N.C. and S.C. to visit family. Planning to trade my m/c for a Harley Streetglide 1650 and do some charity rides and tours. Sure would like to get to Alaska and tour the inside and visit old classmates.
