I am an ex-Conventual Franciscan seminarian who after leaving the seminary continued my studies in philosophy at SUNY Albany, completing my Ph.D. at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. I taught as an adjunct instructor in philosophy at Siena College and SUNY Albany, but in order to support myself started working for Keybank in 2000. Since then I met my wife Mary and have settled down with the intent of starting a family. Soon I will be teaching again at Maria College in Fall 2009. As a philosopher, my dissertation was on Nicolaus of Autrecourt, a medieval skeptic whose views and that of David Hume have led me to fallibilism, which is the view that there is no absolute certainty concerning matters of fact.".
