Stephen's Story
Life
I currently live in good old Farmington Hills, in Rolling Oaks, not far from the house in which I grew up. It's 2008, and my older son attends North Farmington, while my younger son is at Warner Middle School. My wife is a pre-school teacher. We moved here from Bloomfield, after I joined a law firm in town. It has been very peaceful here. There is a certain balance achieved by picking up where your childhood left off, especially when watching your own children experiencing it.

to address the loss of health care services in urban communities. It is a constant reminder of how fortunate I have been.
Perhaps the nicest benefit of living here is the opportunity to visit North Farmington High and enjoy the memories which those walls bring. Some of our teachers still are there, and I've enjoyed visiting with them. As my sons go through some of the same experiences we all had in grade school, I've shared some of the stories that happened in these same places. Of course, the names have been changed to protect the accomplices.
