Stephen's Story
After high school. went to the University of Arizona for two years. Got married in the summer of 1967 and shortly after that, joined the Air Force. Two years at Edwards AFB then 15 months at CCK Taiwan. During my time there made about 10 trips into Viet Nam and Thailand. In the spring of 1971, left the Air Force and had a variety of jobs, but eventually became a cabinet maker. Did that on and off for 5 years. ad another child, went to Germany twice, Ft Lewis WA, Ft McClellan AL, Monterey CA, Ft Huachuca AZ, and finally Ft Hood TX.
After retiring from the Army, had a variety of jobs and eventually became a defense contractor. Did that for 9 years, then retired for good (sort of). Bought a house with 4 acres in a rural community and started a sheep ranch. I currently have a couple dozen sheep, a dozen chickens, and about a dozen cats that all the rodents off the property.
Married to my wife now for 38 years. Have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. Life's good.
