Stephen's Story
After graduation, I married Alana Hulse and started working for her father as a union painter. That lasted for 3 years until I started working as a cadet for the Indianapolis Police Department. During that time, I encounterd Mr. Foster. He was suprised to see me and told me how proud of me he was for doing what I did. I found out a few years ago-he was a Federal Magestrate in the federal courts-a great one. He's retired now. I wish I could talk to him and tell him how proud of him I am. een there every since. I worked as a K9 officer for 15 years-the best job ever! I retired from active duty in December '07 but maintain my reserve status.
I now work part time for Brighthouse Cable and IPL. I remarried in '03 to a wonderful person who has 4 great kids. Her oldest son Justin is now interning at Disneyworld driving the tour truck at Animal Kingdom. Her oldest daughter, Hannah, is preparing to start U of I for a degree in physical therapy. She wants to be a therepist for physicaly challenged kids. All is well.
