Sterling Burgess:  

After graduating in '70 I joined the Air Force. When I got out in '74 the path of least resistance to a job led me to work at the old Olympic drive-in for a few months that fall. I remember being amazed at the variety of customers that came through that gate. At times it was hilarious. I started dating Joan Chapman (recently divorced with Chrissy, her daughter). We dated for four years and in '78 we got married and had Andy in '79. Worked for SWBT until '97 and left there. I began playing blues in the mid-'90s and then out in public around '99. Been in a number of bands around town like Neon Blues, Boo Boo Davis. Joan and I are set to celebrate our 32nd anniversary and we're just having a great time. We've had great kids, great dogs along the way, and alot of fun. We have been blessed by the Lord immensely.
