the cranberry main room and the parlor room is done. The foyer, stairway, master BR and bath room are all in various stages of work. The offices/guest rooms are not yet started as are the dining room and the radio room/ computer center. All new plumbing and electrical throughout and need to upgrade the furnace so the chimney can be reinforced and/or plugged as its mortar has failed to dust.. ah, so much for slaked lime and creek sand mortar - good for 50 years and that milestone occurred in 1930. house is sturdy -- post and beam construction mixed with balloon framing.. moved as one when the earthquake hit and no damaged was sustained.
