Steve's Story
Just joined the GWHS Classmates site (not big in social media) in anticipation of the upcoming 50th Class Reunion. Kept in touch with a number of classmates during my time at Penn State, and two others were classmates of mine in medical school, but other than visiting with folks at the 25th Reunion, haven't been good at staying in touch. I spent 8 years on active duty in the Navy as a Flight Surgeon (followed by another 14 in the Reserves) which gave me the opportunity...Expand for more
to see a lot of the world. The last 30 years or so I've been an academic physician at the University of Texas. I retired from patient care five years ago, but still teach and do research and some consulting.
We have two adult sons, and spend our time between Texas and Florida. I love the outdoors, and spend time hiking, caving, SCUBA diving, and flying. I can't wrap my mind around the fact that it has been 50 years, but I'm looking forward to reconnecting with y'all.
